Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta of choice (we use rotini), cooked according to package instructions
- 2 large chicken breasts
- Chicken Seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Ground red pepper
- Cream Sauce Seasoning
- 13 oz whole milk
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp paprika
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Cook Pasta:
Boil pasta in salted water until just al dente. Drain and set aside. - Cook the Chicken: Season chicken breasts generously with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and a pinch of ground red pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from pan, let rest, then slice.
- Blend the Cream Sauce: In a blender, combine whole milk, cream cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. Blend until smooth and fully combined.
- Combine Pasta & Sauce: Using the same skillet with the chicken drippings, add the cooked pasta. Pour in the cream sauce and stir to coat evenly.
- Thicken the Sauce: Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly (about 1 minute).
- Finish & Serve: Add sliced chicken and stir gently until everything is well combined and heated through.Serve warm and enjoy.
